Other posts don’t require certain physical standards to be met by students. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and should not be more than 32 years of age.   • SC/ST – 5 years
  • PH (OBC) – 13 years
  • PH (SC/ST) – 15 years

  • 20-27 years: The birth date should not be earlier than 02.08.1991 and not later than 01.08.1998.
  • 18-27 years: An aspirant should not be born earlier than 02.08.1991 and not later than 01.08.2000.
  • 20-30 years: A person should not be born earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.1998.
  • Up to 30 years: A candidate should not be born earlier than 02.08.1998 and not later than 01.08.2000.
  • Up to 32 years: A candidate should not be born earlier than 02.08.1986 and not later than 01.08.2000.

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree – Candidates who have a bachelor’s degree can easily apply for SSC CGL 2019 exam. Those who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the final year can also apply for the exam. Also, the degree from distance learning or open education is also valid if it is recognised from the Distance Education Council, IGNOU. A student must have secured at least 60% marks in his bachelor’s degree.
  • Indian Citizenship – An aspirant must be the citizen of India, a subject of Bhutan, a subject of Nepal, a Tibetan refugee, or a migrant of Indian origin from East African countries.
  • Physical Standards – Every student who is applying for the exam has to fulfill certain physical standards to apply for various inspector posts. For all the other posts, there is no such physical standard to be met by a person.
