ExhibitDay is custom-made for Event Managers and Event Planners as a simple, free, Trade Show Tracking and Task Management tool. According to the company, ExhibitDay eliminates the hodgepodge of emails, spreadsheets, and paperwork that goes into planning a trade show. Event Managers can assign tasks to their event teams with email tracking and notifications. Using ExhibitDay, Trade Show Managers can set a budget for each event, track leads and brand impressions, and measure ROI. 

ExhibitDay was in Beta testing since January 2019. During the Beta period, nearly 1,000 Beta users across a diverse group of event teams (consisting of Trade Show Coordinators, Event Managers and Exhibitors) tested the system. 

ExhibitDay’s premium tire of the service contains advanced features for the management of an unlimited number of events. This service is designed for small to medium-sized trade show teams that attend nearly 10-100 trade shows every year. 

ExhibitDay was developed by an experienced team of exhibitors and technology enthusiasts based in the Washington DC area. The team has been working on the project since 2018.
